What a great day we all had at yesterdays Motorkhana 34 drivers in a vast array of cars and good weather made it a good day, We gained a new member that want to race Autocross and almost all cars finished all events, a small fire added to the days excitment, dont forget the first Autocross event is on the 23rd of May so you have less than 8 weeks to have your cars ready to race. A couple of things that need to be addressed on cars for the comming season.

(1) Tow pionts to be on the front and rear of all cars and clearly marked so that the rescue crew dont have to roll around in the mud looking for somewhere to put the tow chain.
(2) The positive battery terminal must be covered so as it cannot short out should you be involved in a prang also a blue triangle with all sides a minumin 150mm placed on the out side of the car at the piont close to were the battery is located.
(3) All cars must be presented to scruntinering in race ready condition.

Yeah , Normally a red arrow pointing down to where the tow point is. The tow point itself is to be painted a different colour to the main body of the car so an arrow the same colour as the tow point would be ideal The standed tow pionts on most cars are fine just needs to stand out
